The Regional Language Centre (RELC), an educational project of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), will hold its 45th RELC International Seminar from 19 to 21 April, 2010. The main theme is Language Education: An Essential for a Global Economy. This inaugural seminar is being hosted jointly with the Asia-Pacific Economic Forum (APEC).
